Primary sources first
We prefer patents, manuals/operator docs, official project documentation and museum records, and treat databases as secondary. Uncertain dates are marked.
Emulation and legality
Emulation software is legal; we never host or link ROMs, BIOS, firmware or game content. Emulators are kept separate from copyrighted game data.
Verification
Current availability and compatibility are re-verified on the schedule in docs/UPDATE_PLAN.md; dates of verification are shown.
